Training Series Description
Virtual, Instructor-led course designed to assist businesses in creating effective recruitment strategies for workforce expansion and retention. Gain insights from industry experts on recruitment tactics, interview techniques, nurturing corporate culture, and maintaining a high-performing workforce. The course is 6 instructor-led sessions held virtually on Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 3-5pm MT. If you are unable to make the live session, all presentations will be recorded and made available to all registrants.

The State of New Mexico Economic Development is providing financial support for qualified New Mexico businesses* to cover the entire cost of the training program (a $1650 value!).
*Must be registered in New Mexico and have employees that live and work in NM

Who should attend?
Members of senior leadership within New Mexico-based companies who make the hiring decisions.Â
Will the sessions be recorded?
Every session, including the powerpoint presentation by the presenter, will be recorded and made available online to session attendees after each session concludes. You will receive information on how to access the recorded sessions following registration.Â
What are the key takaways?
Upon completion of the 20 training hours, attendees will be prepared to develop effective recruitment and retention strategies that are specific to their unique business and growth plan.
What is the cost?
FREE! If you are an eligible New Mexico-based employer. Costs for the training series are covered by the New Mexico Economic Development Dept. (STEP-UP funding through JTIP). Qualifications include:
- The employer you work for must have an active NM business registration
- Attendee must be employed with the company for at least 90 days
- Signed affidavit by the employee confirming they are employed by the business
If you are not a NM-based employer, the cost for the training series is $650 and will be billed to you after you register.
